I need your Way Cooler Rc file, not the bash one. I'll change the issue template to make that simpler.

Try installing a version of sway that uses wlc to see if it is a wlc issue. It probably is, in which case wait for wlroots conversion to be done.

I don't actually think I have a Way Cooler Rc file (which one is it supposed to be again? I couldn't find any documentation or man pages about it unfortunately). But yeah, I think it's definitely a good idea to clarify which file is required in the issue template.

I've since installed the X11 window manager bspwm and sway (not sure if it uses wlc, but sway --version indicates that it's sway version (2018-04-18, branch "")). I've found out that both way-cooler and sway are unable to be launched from the TTY (way-cooler crashes with the message above, and sway freezes the screen), but both can be launched from bspwm. Maybe this is related/the same issue as #351 or #399?
