Fixed the issue in this PR: #187

When creating a CPT with a hypenated name:

yo plugin-wp:cpt cpt-hypen-1

Tests will now output the same property name that the class is assigned to in the base plugin (in this case, cpt_hypen_1 ):

	/**
	 * Test that we can access our class through our helper function.
	 *
	 * @since  0.0.0
	 */
	public function test_class_access() {
		$this->assertInstanceOf( 'WDSPGT1_Cpt_Hypen_1', wds_plugin_generator_test_1()->cpt_hypen_1 );
	}

While looking into this, I noticed that the same issue affected Taxonomies, so the PR includes a fix for that as well.
