Having the same issue here also... Capture works only on first broadcast, then it refuses to capture after that. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

try to broadcast ngWebcam_off and ngWebcam_on events in on-capture-complete callback function, it worked fine for my case.

In function onWebcamCapture(), countdownTimer is not getting cancelled,
In ng-webcam.js add line countdownTimer = undefined; after line 219
from ng-webcam.
