Koa middleware

I don't use koa, so this is unlikely to come from me.

Is there any sort of koa comparability layer that can wrap this module and expose a koa-style API above?

I had a bit of a look into how koa works, doesn't look like it's very compatible with standard node-style middleware.

If someone is able to make this module with with minimal changes, I'd be ok with that. Alternatively, if someone wants to write a standalone module and wants some of the sub-components of this module to be published independently, I'd be open to that.

I will take a look at the code and maybe give it a try. For now I'm thinking about using koa only for my API, and for React rendering I will probably use Express.

I've been using this with no problems so far:

  yield hotMiddleware(compiler).bind(null, this.req, this.res)
  yield next
})
