you simply delete your instant wordpress folder
instant wordpress has no dependancies and install nothing on your system, everything it needs is inside his folder, everyting it use stay inside the instant wordpress virtual machine
keep in mind that everything inside this folder
every work you've done on your instant wordpress website
will be lost
forever
from instantwp.
