Thanks for reporting this. I just tested with MySQL and all 5416 rows were inserted, so it seems to be specific to postgres. Can't test in pg at the moment because it's not installed on this machine.

I tested with postgres and still got all 5416 rows. I'm using postgresql version 9.1 on Ubuntu.

I can't replicate this either. If you can give us some more details on the environment (OS, Postgres version, etc.) we can try to play around with it some more.
