BBS import fails in PostgreSQL

'Admin Code Admin Code Admin Code Admin Code' is more than 30 characters. I've updated the length of the text field for now, which will solve the issue, but when I have more time I'll have the Retriever determine the length of the longest row itself instead of explicitly coding it in.

I think the bigger problem here is that something changed in the table structure and now somehow we're getting 'Admin Code Admin Code Admin Code Admin Code' as a single field. I actually kind of like setting the length of the text field manually since it alerts us to weird changes like this that break things, but I'm certainly open to discussion.

The import has generally been broken by a substantial change in the form of the file. I'm working on it now.
