Unfortunately since the Advanced Search feature doesn't appear to be setup to allow a given URL to access a specific set of information (any query's url is just http://plants.usda.gov/java/AdvancedSearchServlet) there's no way for us to link to an advanced search and get the data back. If you can figure out a way to do that on the site we would love to include something better.
Alternatively we could build a .py script with some parsing logic like we have for BBS. This makes things a bit more fragile to changes, but clearly this isn't all that useful in its current form.

After a little more digging around this might be possible; see http://plants.usda.gov/faq.html#directlink. The existing documentation isn't sufficient, but they give a contact for direct linking so I'll shoot them an email and see what happens.
