Typically, doesn't even install 1 package, this time, it installed 4, then hanged

it seems like its either ipfs fetching being slow, or some package isnt available.

note that, for libp2p right now, you don't yet need to do the install --global (in case this is blocking you on working on things)

So, this is interesting, I left the same install command open for a while, and without doing any other operation to the IPFS on my local env, I got:

@diasdavid i'm going to redo all of the imports one final time, now that we've decided on a pathing scheme. Once thats done, i'll make sure to pin all the packages on the gateways.
