Error when using the add on

My friends and I have been having the same problem. Even when we follow other people's instructions of how they fixed it, nothing works. Looking forward to having it work though. I've heard good things about this add-on

I've never seen this happen. Could you post the course url? Did you try the latest release?

It wouldn't even let me get far enough to try converting any courses. I keep getting this error instead: [image: Screen Shot 2021-12-29 at 11.59.42 PM.png] This is with the latest release and I've tried doing what everyone else says to try many times. Always this. Other friends have tried it and get the same error.

Does it work if I send it as an attachment? With the latest release, I get error messages. As recommended, I go into memrise.py and make sure all the "www.memrise" is changed to "app.memrise", and so do the other people in my study group. You are definitely using an old version of the addon, please try the 1.2.7 release. And actually this issue opened by @William100-0 is about a different error.

Im getting the same problem with the 1.2.7 release (and any release I can find)
