Acutally, help managing the server doesn't help much. He still just do all the coding stuffs himself :(

Yes it will. By helping him managing the server, he only has to focus on the bot and not on the server.

The only thing I then have to do is making a list of what has to be changed at the bot, and he only has to make it.

Just weekly updates or monthly updates would do it.
