You need to change

to get correct ip for xhost on Windows.

If it is done, you can run ./labelme_on_docker $img_file -O $json_file.

I confirmed that labelme works on Anaconda:

It is said that Anaconda works on Windows, so labelme should work there.

It passes, so labelme should work on Windows.
