我也遇到了这个问题，date 命令没有-v 选项, 怎么解决呢? 有人知道不? win, 3.10
---------------以下是我踩的坑-----------------------------------------
第 3 步命令应该为: python setup.py install
第 4 步: date 命令没有-v 选项, 不知道怎么解决
第 5 步: win平台要用其它工具, 比如 git, 更严重的是, 这一步编号顺序是错误的
第 6 步: 用户ID是那个 UID 数字, 还是登录用户名? 有知道的么?
