ahh and almost forget jeje, in the route /students/filter can you make one checking if all the students are blocked? (one for all, other for each internship) 🎁

That already exists, if you call /students/filter does not accept integer values, but if you pass penalized param got all students penalized/blocked in the vicerector side, and by internship in the preceptor side
