I agree that showing duplicate content in the title and the location fields does not make sense. In Berlin this problem has been addressed lately by me through a telephone call with the data provider. I asked split the location field in the raw data into two separate fields so that the title and address can be parsed easily. This might happen within the near future.
All the other cities might be misled by the "bad" example I was giving for Berlin. In so far I encourage @mmk2410, @ubergesundheit, @kawie, @MarHai, @Drake81, @TinoM and anyone else to clean up the fields for their cities.
