It would probably be better to pass a defer variable to the function, e.g.

public function inject_event( $event_name, $params, $method = 'track', $defer = false ) {}

Then when events are injected you can check if specific events need to be deferred, e.g.

$should_defer = 'yes' === get_option( 'woocommerce_cart_redirect_after_add', 'no' );
$this->pixel->inject_event( 'AddToCart', $event_data, 'track', $should_defer );
