@hypest do we have support for sticky posts in Gutenberg? If so please close this issue, if not please open one specific for Gutenberg and close this one too.

No sticky post support on the block editor currently so, will move the post to gutenberg-mobile, re-title it and pull the design proposal up into the ticket description.

I am closing this issue as the addition of this option is in relation to changes of the Post Settings screen within the Android app. If necessary, it can be reopened at a further time. The work to include this option will be tracked on this issue wordpress-mobile/WordPress-Android#7953
