Current gem release v1.1.0 don't have RSpec 3 support. Use master branch until new gem version been released, works perfect for me in all my projects.

Your info in the current gem version is a little out-of-date. The current stable version is 1.1.0 but if you use 2.0.0.beta, that has RSpec 3 support at the state master is currently at.

Only reason there is not a full release is that some tests were not passing at the time of build

Excellent, please do! Once a good crowd of people have given it a try without there being any problems I'll get a new shiny v2 release out there

2.0.0.beta shows no problems in our test suite, and smoke testing shows jobs enqueuing and completing correctly.
