Hey Deinega,
I've updated our demo project to latest @angular/cli (1.2.6) and cannot replicate the issue.

Note that, if you are using angular-cli (not @angular/cli) you are using an out of date package (was moved to @angular) about 6 months ago.
If you are coming from a version < 1.0.0, you have a big upgrade to do, it's not as straightforward as running npm install.
Suggest raising against @angular/cli if you're still stuck.
