Glad to see you here.

I searched the topic about 'MenuShowDelay', and didn't found the related Win32 APIs.
Most of the results mentioned that it can be set via registry with the "MenuShowDelay" value under HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Control Panel/Desktop/.
And I found that both ReactOS and Windows have set it to 400 by default.
Re-login is required for the value modification to take effect.

According to my test, this configuration is valid for both the start menu and the menus for applications on Windows, but it's only valid for the start menu on ReactOS. The same issue can be repoducted for Registry Editor or Explorer on ReactOS. See the screen recording.

So we may need to improve ReactOS to make the configuration work for applications as well.
