I'm not sure this can be done

Libretro has documentation on what core that support it:

Rewinding depends on savestates, so it will not work on libretro cores that doesn’t support savestates.
But i think this is a global setting and not a per core setting, so we need to overide the RetroArch main config and create on for each core then?
