支付宝、微信支付.NET服务端Web API封装
由于工作中手上项目需要实现后台封装支付相关的功能，所以做了相应的开发工作，发现.NET后台封装这些支付功能在开发中还是有很多坑的，为了方便大家免于重复我的痛苦，所以整理了一下，把这些功能开放出来，其实算不上SDK，但还算有点价值，大家将就着参看参考吧。
本SDK主要是对国内经常用到的支付宝和微信的.NET后台封装，主要包括：
支付宝： 1.网站支付 2.Wap支付 3.APP支付
微信： 1.公众号支付 2.原生扫码支付 3.app支付 4.wap支付（浏览器调用微信app，目前腾讯还未对外开放）
PS： 1.其中关于支付宝以及微信的app支付，此SDK仅提供后台的封装参数，具体调用仍需将这些封装后的参数扔进相应的原生SDK中。 2.关于微信扫码支付的API，需要将本SDK返回的URL自己转换成二维码方式，以便客户端扫码。
时间有限，整理得不是很全面，sample 也没有按照要求完成，如果有问题，可直接加我微信 desity999 并注明支付咨询，我会一一解答。
