针对部分问题说明下：

2. 其实是实时生效的，只是 reload 后才在 whistle 里看到

5. npm install -g 即可，iProxy 会自动寻找可用的 whistle 插件，如果没找到可以开 issue 反馈
6. 接下来会在 nightly 版本中集成自动用最新版 whistle 构建的能力

8. 用不上可以忽略，常用软件白名单是因为一部分软件在 http 代理下会不工作，所以默认内置了一些域名白名单。TLS 校验是检查代理的证书是否正确，而 node 的证书检查比 chrome 严格，如果关闭该选项（也就是启用 TLS 检查）会导致部分网站不能访问
