Try this instead:

• cloning the repository to your machine using git,
• npm install
• then running node convert2xkt <your parameters>

Sorry but I re-open,

1. I cloned the repo, xeokit-convert
2. I run npm i

but during the install, the problem is still here, 'property pickAlgorithm is null'

can you explain to me how to get in touch with you throught jira ?
