网站确实没有提供 m3u8 文件，但会提供一个master.json文件 应该是vimeo的自有格式？
在设置 添加一条正则 https://[0-9a-z]*-adaptive.akamaized.net/.*master\.json 可以得到它。
通过对url更改后缀得到对应的不同格式
例如 master.json 更改为 master.m3u8 获得m3u8文件。。
Video DownloadHelper 应该是对url进行了自动替换。
猫抓不会针对某一个网站提供自动替换等操作，但会尝试强化正则匹配或者添加其他功能达到这个目的。
暂时使用缓存捕捉获取视频吧
