We've talked about this before, but you are not willing to help us :(
Please provide something that we can reproduce!
Detailed steps, which one exactly module, what do you enter, what is expected, and what are you receiving instead.
Also, please test original XOOPS version, installed manually by you, and not something that is provided by a third party. Once we can reproduce it on an original version of XOOPS, only then we can fix it.
Please note: so far majority of the issues were "operator errors" or "third party errors", and we've wasted a lot of time on those. So please give as something than we can reproduce on an original version of XOOPS!

So to avoid confusion and misunderstanding!

I'm debating for days with the server staff to understand the house should I do but they tell me they are not responsible for changes installatron software.

Before I to do any test or, I create a video, I send to the server our clean version of XOOPS 2.5.8 via ftp, then if things don't change any and the problem persists, I make a video of what is happening.

Give me a few hours of time!

There really isn't enough information here to diagnose the issue, but there is one detail that might be important.

... a fresh version of XOOPS 2.5.8 on Linux server in a subdomain ...

With the 2.5.7.2 version still installed on my site all works perfectly.

It is possible that you have interfering cookies between your existing site, and the fresh install on the subdomain. The XOOPS_COOKIE_PATH is set to allow one set of cookies to be shared between multiple subdomains. If there are different XOOPS versions on the same domain, there could be problems.

Best test would be to delete all cookies for the domain in your browser, and test just on the subdomain. (In Chrome, you could test this by using only the new subdomain in an incognito window.)

In fact it seems so!

I uploaded via ftp the local copy in the subdomain, and it works great.

Instead the copy in the root domain that I sent to the local, still does not work I have to see what happens!

I was wondering what, where downloading the latest versions of these software types installatron?

If it is indeed flawed, I do not understand how does be

I wanted to tell you that talking to the server staff, they told me to install xoops directly from administration, not knowing that their xoops does not have this feature, that other cms.

You do not believe that it is appropriate to create one for xoops?

This way we can update directly without using whenever all those folders with upgrades

Is a problem of cookies, but not always work I had before deleting them for the subdomain in the same browser as the primary domain is not working well.

Now after deleting all cookies several times in chrome also the main domain works well.

I'm afraid it will happen again and I will always do this job!

We should find a solution, don't you think?
