Small question, for me the best is to use:
$element = new XoopsFormSelectTheme($caption, $name, $value);

The problem is that "XoopsFormSelectTheme" does not account for "theme_set_allowed".

I propose to add a parameter to "XoopsFormSelectTheme" to consider this.
public function __construct($caption, $name, $value = null, $size = 1, $theme_set_allowed = false)

What do you think about it?

I made a change in the profile module, I have to change the version of the module?

We'll bump the versions of the modules included with core (pm, profile and protector) right before we release 2.5.9. That will cover all the cumulative changes.
