Tinfoil is meant for title management, not XCI loading. This tool is very much a case of "use at your own risk" with ban avoidance left entirely up to the user. People are free to decide for themselves whether certain features are risky or not.

I know this is a little off topic...
But isn't xci installation (from an owned card backup only) less safe than actual xci loading? (especially for cert stuff)

I'd love to see this added as well :) I've had some luck installing XCIs with n1dus, but run into errors that it can't handle from time to time. It's open source too, so maybe you can use some of its code to bring this functionality into Goldleaf?

Not one of the main ideas in my opinion.
Possibly won't be implemented, at least before 1.0.
