Hey, unfortunately triton is now not well-supported in Mac or WinOS, which officially claims compatibility with LinuxOS only.

WinOS

As mentioned in #24, WinOS users may install triton successfully using the wheel file.

MacOS

Since triton is supposed to work with CUDA, you may stumble here if your device is not compatible with CUDA. We will try to support mps on GPU of MacOS devices, stay tuned for our updates! 🤗

You can try to run the inference scripts on the CPU (specify device argument as --device cpu), which enables you to run without triton.
