No. The count limit is calculated separately for each channel, so won't fix.

I don't think this enhancement is really necessary to fix. The current MCDC default configuration is no longer possible to reach the limit.

The server is not stopping instantly and it is kinda useless to produce unessesarry logs / updates / changes. But its totally fine... just have to disable the logs

How not to stop the process instantly? If there is no log with the exceed rate limit written, it means that it is not a problem with this function. Or, even if it is caused by this feature, just updating when necessary won't fix the problem either, because the timer, the only possible cause of this problem, is still running all the time. Also, what do you mean by disable log?

The content of channel topic has the Last updated thing, so Last updated time will be inaccurate if it is only changed when there are changes. Any ideas how to fix this?
