1885b27 enabled printing, which is super easy. The hard part is restructuring the CSS to fit the print view.

We could make really nice printed PDF receipts using wicked_pdf or another gem - maybe we want that? Lower priority though

I'm currently using Java script and it's working out well. should be a quick fix once I set a stylesheet.

49daabc finished up the printing side. The print.css file is functional, but not as pretty as it can be, so if we have time later on, we can revisit it, and format it.
