unfortunately i don't know the CSS to style these Destroy buttons as plaintext links :-/

To solve this: add the following two lines to app/views/layouts

<%= javascript_include_tag :defaults %>
<%= csrf_meta_tag %>

confirmed; just add nick's two lines to the header of app/views/layouts/application.html.erb, works perfectly
