Feature Request: Check responde body in addition to status code

I've got service which return for example:

• status: 200, body: "HealthCheck OK",
• status: 200, body: "HealthCheck ERROR: Cannot connect to database".

It is not my service so I can't change it.

I read somewhere that this module is a powerful version of old ngx_http_healthcheck_module so I thought that should do it also.
New module in Nginx Plus and HAProxy can do it but unluckily I can't use them.

Can't the status be used in your server? We have thousands of server. It works very nice for us.

I see. But I'm too busy these days. I don't have motivation to implement this feature.

We'd love this feature too... It'd be a great addition to your already awesome module.
