multipage_survey_application_project

This is a multi-page survey application specifically for computer manufacture that is wishing to provide an online survey to its customers. The survey consists of welcome page with an instruction and 3 pages that will ask customers to choose options. Information that is provided will not be saved in the database but, it will be stored in session variable so that options that are once chosen remains until the browser is closed. Also, I added redirect functionality so that the customer will be redirected to the previous page on the survey even if he/she navigates to another website and comes back.
