Exposing the service on the host (map host port 5000 to container port 5000) is not required to use Fava (e.g. running a reverse proxy alongside with Favs and expose the reverse proxy w/o exposing Favs).

Note to access a docker container outside of docker network always require explicit port mapping.

Right, I see what you mean, it's not technically required...

... so perhaps for a first starter example just in this project's README it would still make sense to mention this? It would have helped me to try this out a little quicker - I was confused at first. I've proposed #16 to add it.
