By the way, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but didn't make much difference. I also noticed that the control points now look different as well (no longer the blue and red circumferences, but just black dots now):
I'm using the latest Chrome version (37.0.2...).

I’m getting ready to push beta 3 right now, and so the css files that I’m serving have changed. I’ll let you know when beta 3 is ready (hopefully later today), and that should solve these problems. Thanks for the detailed info.
