Can you share details on the device? (Huawei model, Android version, etc.)
Does this occur on more than one such device?
Does this occur with the /Demo app?

Device Details attached as screenshot. we are facing more than 300 Crashes regarding this Exception.

This is direct case. if you check source code at io.smooch.ui.fragment.ConversationFragment.java at Line 1039. Code accessing Google Service API only. Not checking whether Google Service Available or not. we are using sdk version: 8.0.0. please check and provide update on this. Thanks.

Can you confirm the device model?
Can you reproduce with Android 8.2.2?
Can you reproduce on a device with Android 11?

I've filed the bug all the same; Please reach out to [email protected] and ask them to attribute your customer name + impact statement to the bug-card (they can search for the link to this issue, which is in the card).

I have given device details as a screenshot, Class Details for root cause and Full StackTrace.
We cant able to reproduce the issue. but since we check the SDK source code. this is direct case if code reach that statement. Kindly Please check.
