Zendesk Voice API support

At the moment we only support the Core API. Sadly, we do not yet support the Zendesk Voice API except for one endpoint(https://developer.zendesk.com/rest_api/docs/voice-api/voice#searching-for-available-phone-numbers). But we do have a pattern to follow for implementing these already. (https://github.com/zendesk/zendesk_api_client_php/blob/master/src/Zendesk/API/Resources/Voice/PhoneNumbers.php).

Sadly we have not yet had a discussion on then this is coming in the roadmap but I will bring it up in the next meeting.

Another option is to make a pull request. We do welcome pull requests. Please see our contributing guide at https://github.com/zendesk/zendesk_api_client_php#note-on-patchespull-requests . I will personally work on getting your pull request merged if you would like to submit one.

Thank you @miogalang for your answer. I'd be glad, if you bring this up in your next meeting and report back to this discussion. Meanwhile I will try to gain a better understanding about how to extend the existing code.
