To anyone investigating this, this may be a backend bug, ore there might be issues both on the frontend and the backend. Verify the frontend by making sure the correct timestamp is being sent to the server.

I scheduled one for 2024-06-28 12:00 +01:00 in the UI and checked the API call. The request payload was published: "2024-06-28T12:00:00+01:00". Might be a point in favour of your backend bug theory @richardolsson.
