TenhouClient的代码是大概5年前写的，刚才粗看了一下可能确实有点问题，可能更正确的处理方法是像MajsoulClient那样在摸牌的时候更新剩余牌的数量，但我不记得当初怎么想的，所以不太敢改，如果你有信心改对的话欢迎提交PR，提交前请在天凤是多跑跑确保没有问题。

目前用了一个比较打补丁的方式在凑合，等我再观察观察还有没有其他问题
