The
download_model()function does not check whether the uncompressed model directory already exists (e.g., from a half-finished/aborted previous download/uncompress). If the output directory already exists, then the uncompression of the downloaded *.tar.gz will fail and cause the whole job to fail with the following error:2021-07-22 14:00:35,403 - Start metaMIC Downloading model for MEGAHIT Download finished. Checking MD5... Error: cannot unzip the file.
