Hi guys,

I just generated my first result file and I think that the pass_filter column indicates N (=no) whenever the PDUI difference between the two groups is < 0.5.
When the PDUI difference is > 0.5, then the pass_filter column returns a Y (=yes).

Concerning the long_exp and short_exp columns, I think that these columns refer to the expression of the longer or shorter isoform of the given transcript, respectively "the use" of the distal or proximal polyadenylation site.
