可以把报错信息贴一下么。 你使用make config时指定 IP+端口 如果还是端口冲突，说明你本机还有其它服务在使用这个端口。

在 deps/recon_web/ 下面使用 make config 吗？
另：recon_web依赖太老了

我试着在ejabberd中按上述方式添加，recon_web的priv文件没有作为ejabberd的一部分安装

在shell里面看，且只依赖于recon.
