i believe this image's copyright is owned by merrywhether (it's just a file i yoinked off my images folder from 2 years ago, as this was my pfp on discord back then), i'll try to recreate the 2 bugs with an image i own the copyrights to, so you can add it to the test suite

stopsignsmall.png: resized to fit with my target device
stopsignsmall.tga: converted with imagemagick convert stopsignsmall.png stopsignsmall.tga (aka an uncompressed TGA, causes InvalidData error)
stopsignsmallcompressed.tga: converted from stopsignsmall.tga using GIMP (aka a compressed TGA file, flipped image)
