What is the error message ? I have not tested install and functionality in 140 yet, but basically it should work.

The problem is you have the "core_max" set to "1.3.99" in:

/ lib / Formicula / Version.php

Ah ok, yes. That version.php is coming from the days when 1.4.0 was still 137, so version included the latest.
Version should now be from 1.3.x to 1.4.x.

You can manally adjust and see if it installs and functions normally. It should do so infact, but can probably be optimzed in loading JS from local module install instead of central ones.
