整个页面不能滑动了，就像禁止了touchmove事件

这个插件确实是采用禁用 touchmove 事件的方式来阻止橡皮筋效果的。
如果需要取消、要在组件销毁前传入 false 来移除监听。
该指令目前没有自我消除的功能。
