I'm not sure the logic here is right — and from a quick test, it looks like a condition that exists as both the first condition in one search and the second condition in another is ending up linked to two searches with sortId 0. I'm not seeing any conditions created more than once, even if they should have different sort ids in different searches.

you're right, I didn't realise the relationship between searches and conditions, it should be alright now
