Feature Request-DB names w/ user name added

Agree we should follow the same convention we use for DB names for users. So there would be no conflict if a user create one admin and another want it too. As each DB user will have account prefix.
Convention would be rather:
$accontname_ + name that user choose.

and for DBs:
clientname_dbname

I think it would be something nice.

However, it wouldn't break current "clientname_dbname" and "dbusername" combination if you did it for the next version, would it?

It shouldn't, they will still work since they are already in the database. Just new ones will be created in that manner (Its only a name change, nothing else)
