false sounds reasonable, but yea, we should do what V8 does. If there isn't a test in test-api that we haven't brought over yet, then we should add one.

In fact, we should add tests for all of a Handle's methods that act on the handled pointer instead of the handle itself. I don't think that we can generalize that, short of creating a default item for empty Handles.

I'll check into what V8 does, though.

So maybe I should have just checked immediately: V8 asserts that the value isn't NULL. I guess we should simply do the same and be done with it, then.
