How do I change an icon?

For a more visual guide checkout our Instructions page.

You just need to download the icon you want, find the app to update on Finder, select it and "File > Get Info" or "⌘-I" and drag and drop the downloaded .icns file to the new window.

I'd like to contribute

Download the template for Sketch, Figma, Pixelmator, Photoshop, Pixelmator or Illustrator from the Resources page.
Here's what you need to know know:

When using the template, export in 1x (1024x1024px).
To submit, go to macOSicons.com and click on "Submit Icons"
If you are creating an icon for an open-source project, please consider submitting the icon to their respective repository for their use as well.

Wanted to mention you did an incredible job with the Sublime Text icon, I'll keep posting suggestions if you want them but I appreciate your hard work!

When adding the icons onto the app in the Info pane, the icon doesn't show up at all, and a transparent icon is used. From what I've seen, this might require additional versions of the icons (@2x, etc.) to be exported into the .icns file

I thought posting it here might be easier than a PR and I'm not sure everywhere I would need to add it. I thought I'd share my Transmission icons. Feel free to edit.

It has been great fun working on the new icons, and I will continue to do so! But seeing the increasingly amount of requests, it would be great to have some more people who know Sketch contribute to the creation of new icons, so if you know of anyone who would be able to help, please let them know about this repo.
